I am now the official Kettlebel/ Girevoyl Sport representative for Denmark. Anyone interested in competition and training can contact me, I’ll try to inform you as best as possible!
In December 2008, I’ll be heading to Latvia to take my level 2 coach. It will allow me to certify trainers here in Denmark, who will be recognised by the IUKL.
This level 1 enables trainers to work independently or take fitness classes, and of course you will learn proper lifting mechanics and techniques.
